These ties, also known as Lazos, have deep cultural meaning as they are an integral part of the traditional shamanic ceremony called payment to Pachamama, a sacred offering to Mother Earth.  Woven with care and precision by skilled Ocongate artisans, each tie is a testament to the community's rich cultural heritage. After performing the ceremony, the Shaman links the essence of the service to him, creating a tangible connection with the energies invoked during the ritual.
